Refund & Returns Policy

At abclothingnow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Terms of Return
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Condition of Return
Returned items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
With all original tags attached and in original packaging
Free from odours, stains, or damage caused after delivery
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Reasons for Return
You may return an item if:
The item is faulty or damaged
You received the wrong item or size
You changed your mind (within 14 days and in line with the conditions above)
We do not accept returns on gift cards, unless the item is faulty.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
1. Email us at abclothingnow@yahoo.com with the following details:
Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
Reason for return (e.g. damaged, wrong item)
2. We will reply with return instructions, including where to send the item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal)
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times may vary by bank or payment provider)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
